  • Non-returnable items include: clearance items, gift cards, and intimate products for hygiene reasons.

How to Return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. You will receive a return shipping label with instructions for sending your item back.

  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges: If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know at the time of initiating the return. We will ship the replacement item to you as soon as we receive the returned product.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a full refund or exchange.
